Classes located in private gym in downtown Salt Lake City on the corner of 400 S 300 E. Detailed directions provided upon registration.
All-Mountain Strength

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30am-7:30am at our private downtown SLC facility called the SLT GYM. You will receive directions to parking and entry instructions after registration.
These classes are general mountain fitness covering multiple sports as a maintenance based training program. These classes have a more relaxed environment than the ski prep class with the training being generalized instead of highly targeted and progressive. The class is a tight knit community of people who generally become friends and mountain partners.
This gets you 8 classes per month. You'll pay for your first month here on the website and at the end of the month if you want to to stay in the class then you will receive bills from Square via email. You can cancel any time, or change to Once a Week any time. We do not prorate months except for your starting month.

You will pay for the first month here on the website and if you want to stay in the class after the first month then you will receive a bill via Square each month after. You can cancel any time, or switch to twice a week any time.

Year round consistent training
Programming is constantly varied physical therapy based strength training curated specifically for Mountain Athletes of all abilities. Cancel any time.
Ideal For: Climbers, Alpinists, Ultrarunners/Trail Runners, Mountain Bikers, Skiers, Snowboarders, Hikers, Backpackers, Mountaineers, Bike tours, expedition training, Thru-Hikers, life.
Ski Season & Winter Climbing
Progressive training incorporating an ease into heavy lifting and plyometrics culminating with anaerobic muscle endurance. The intention of the class is preventative maintenance against typical ski and climbing injuries, and helping you access the mountains the way you want to. Cancellations only during first two weeks, final 6 weeks will be refunded.

Tailored progressive training designed for uphill and downhill skiers as well as ice climbers, alpinists and mountaineers. This programming is designed to ease you into impact resistance and then progressively load each week with strength training and endurance. The All-Mountain class is different in that it's a consistent maintenance based class not designed to ramp up your fitness for a season, but rather to maintain a base fitness for long periods of time.
Cancellations are allowed during the first two weeks of class if you change your mind, you will be refunded for the remaining 6 weeks. Non-refundable after the end of week 2 unless for health/emergency reasons. We're a small business so we will understand!
Class is held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30am-7:30am at our downtown SLC facility called the Set GYM. Directions for parking and entry will be given after registration.
12 people maximum in class.
Ideal for: Backcountry skiers and splitboarders, ice climbers, mountaineers, alpinists. Resort skiers and snowboarders
